.NET Framework 4.8 Required for July 2020 Updates
Beginning July 1st, 2020, all ConnectShip Progistics software updates and installers will require .NET Framework 4.8, which requires:
• Windows Server 2008 R2 or later
• Windows 8.1 or later
Please see the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 documentation for specifics. ConnectShip core and component updates released after July 1st, 2020 will require an in-place upgrade. Additional instructions and details will be provided. These new requirements will allow us to target .NET Standard 2.0 for ConnectShip Toolkit, giving more options for product enhancements and broader installation options.
